- Delivery and billing information you provide when ordering.
- Account details and questionnaire answers you create in the dashboard.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymous statistics).

Information is used only to answer your request, fulfil your order, prepare your report and improve the service. It is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS); microbiome data and identity data are kept in separate systems. Access is role-based and logged.
Third-party services
Payments: iyzico. Hosting: cloud infrastructure (Turkey/EU region). Shipping: contracted courier. Each receives only the data needed for its task.
Children
Our services are not aimed at individuals under 18; orders for minors may be placed by a parent/guardian after a preliminary consultation.
