Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The consumer whose details appear on the order form.
2. Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the Gut Flora Test Kit (a service package comprising an at-home sampling kit, shotgun metagenomic analysis, a TWINbiome report and a dietitian consultation) ordered electronically from www.mdnutriacademy.com.

Shipping within Turkey is paid by the seller. Payment is made by credit/debit card through iyzico; instalment options are shown on the payment page.
4. Delivery
The kit is handed to the courier within 30 days of order confirmation, usually within 2–3 business days, to the address given on the order form.
5. Performance of the service
The analysis service begins when the buyer returns the sample to the seller with the prepaid shipping label. The report is published in the TWINbiome dashboard on average 4–6 weeks after the sample reaches the laboratory. The dietitian consultation is scheduled online after the report is published.
6. Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the kit. Notice of withdrawal is sent in writing to info@mdnutriacademy.com; the kit is returned unopened and unused. The price is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the kit reaching the seller.
Under art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for opened kits (for hygiene reasons) or for services whose sample has reached the laboratory and whose analysis has begun.
7. Health notice
The service is not a medical diagnosis or treatment; results should be evaluated together with a healthcare professional. The buyer confirms being over 18 and having read the pre-contract information.
8. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, Consumer Courts.
9. Entry into force
By confirming the order the buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement is stored electronically and emailed to the buyer.
